Classic flat leaf variety for use either fresh or dried for seasoning.
Stems hold leaves upright for easy bunching. A very nutritious and tasty addition to meat and vegetable dishes, soups and salads. Excellent for freezing, drying and fresh eating. Approx. 12,500 seeds/oz.
open-pollinated. 70 days to maturity. Parsley is a biennial grown as an annual due to the greater aromatic qualities in its first year of growth. Plants prefer full sun or partial shade and moist rich soils with lots of organic matter. Can be direct sown or grown as a transplant (recommeneded). Do not let seedlings become root bound.
