We've partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more then 50 years and beleive in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly undersand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.
