Grazing The Way To Great Ghee
Our founding farmers believed giving cows more time outside to roam and graze on organic pastures was better for the milk, the earth and the animals. We still believe this today. We use milk from our pasture-raised cows to make butter that we then kettle cook together with butterfat into nutty, buttery, delectable ghee.
Delicious and Easy
Simply use ghee wherever you would use cooking oil. Its 485ºF smoke point makes ghee great for high-heat cooking.
No need to refrigerate.
Organic butterfat (milk), organic butter (pasteurized organic sweet cream (milk), lactic acid).
Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
