Hu Chocolate uses Certified Fair Trade cocoa and Certified Fair Trade cocoa butter, both of which are USDA Certified Organic. All chocolate products are certified Gluten Free. 

Hu chocolate is UltraSimple because it has NO GMOs, NO Emulsifiers, NO Soy Lecithin, NO Gluten, NO Refined Sugar, NO Cane Sugar, and NO Sugar Alcohol.

Ingredients: Organic Fairtrade cacao, organic unrefined coconut sugar, organic Fairtrade cocoa butter, organic almonds, sea salt. 
Contains coconut and almond. May contain traces of cashew & hazelnut. Allergen cleans made prior to production, but beware that product is produced using equipment that also processes tree nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, & wheat.
