Hulled millet is a wonderfully tasty grain, also known as Proso Millet. Millet is rich in B vitamins, especially niacin, B6 and folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and zinc.
Basic cooking instructions: Heat two parts millet to five parts water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
