Oyster Mushrooms are perhaps one of the most widely consumed mushrooms worldwide.  Mycoterra Farm's Oyster mushrooms are grown on hardwood sawdust supplemented with organic soy hulls. Our selection varies with the seasons, with pink, yellow, and phoenix oysters flourishing in the summer months, and the blue, black pearl, and “snow white” oyster dominating winter production.
