INGREDIENTS: Flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme), whole wheat flour, non-GMO non-aluminum baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), organic cane sugar, non-GMO corn starch, salt

DIRECTIONS: Combine 1 cup of mix with 1 egg, 1 TBsp. melted butter (or oil), and 1 cup of milk (or alternative). Let sit to rise before cooking. Makes 8-10 4" pancakes per batch. Contains 4 batches.
